The Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Yemi Oyeniyi, psc, acipm, mnips, on Tuesday, 23rd June, 2026 received the Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Delta State Command, C.I Christiana Solo-Akora alongside members of management team, on a courtesy visit to the Command Headquarters, Asaba.
According to the police spokesman for the state, SP Edafe Bright,the visit provided an opportunity for both agencies to strengthen inter-agency collaboration, enhance information sharing, and discuss strategies aimed at improving security and border management within Delta State.
Bright said that CP Yemi Oyeniyi commended the Nigeria Immigration Service for its contributions to national security and reaffirmed the commitment of the Delta State Police Command to sustaining effective cooperation with sister security agencies in the collective effort to safeguard lives and property across the State.
