The Executive Chairman of Ayobo‑Ipaja Local Council Development Area, Hon. (Dr.) Agbaje Lukmon Abiodun, today received the newly posted Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Ipaja Police Station, SP. Endurance Ovwigho, during a courtesy visit to his office.
In his welcome address,according to a press statement signed by Comrade AmuwaMayowa, the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Hon. Agbaje commended the efforts of the Nigeria Police Force for their continued dedication and sacrifices in maintaining peace, law, and order within the community. He also highlighted key security concerns within the LCDA, emphasizing the need for stronger collaboration and effective community policing to address emerging challenges.
The Executive Chairman assured SP. Ovwigho of the council’s full support and cooperation in ensuring the safety of lives and property across the LCDA. He wished her a successful tenure and expressed confidence that her leadership would further strengthen security efforts in the area.
In her remarks, SP. Ovwigho thanked the Executive Chairman for the warm reception and pledged her commitment to working closely with the council authority and community stakeholders to tackle security challenges and enhance policing in the area,Strengthening collaboration for community safety,
