The Ogun State Police Command has launched a manhunt for one Kola for alleged sexual molestation of a minor.
Commissioner of Police, Bode Ojajuni, gave the order after the case was reported at Adigbe Police Division by a 17-year-old boy who was accompanied by his parents.
The teenager reportedly told police that Kola assaulted him on three separate occasions in January 2026 and threatened him to remain silent.
After the report was lodged, he was taken to a hospital in the Adigbe area of the state for medical examination while investigators began work on the case.
The CP subsequently ordered a full-scale search for the suspect, who is currently on the run, and directed officers to ensure his arrest.
The Command assured members of the public that the matter is being handled with urgency, professionalism and sensitivity, and reaffirmed its commitment to protecting children and vulnerable persons across Ogun State.
