In furtherance of preparations for the OGUN 2027 CONVERSATION, a delegation of the initiative today, 30 September 2026, paid an advocacy visit to the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, psc, FCSS, MNIPR
The visit focused on strengthening collaboration with the Police Command and securing its partnership towards ensuring the peaceful, orderly and professional conduct of the OGUN 2027 CONVERSATION.
The delegation emphasised the initiative’s commitment to promoting issue-based campaigns, democratic values, peaceful political participation and constructive engagement, while discouraging campaign of calumny, electoral violence, threats and other activities capable of undermining the peace and security of Ogun State.
The OGUN 2027 CONVERSATION appreciates the Commissioner of Police and the the Ogun State Police Command for their willingness to collaborate in promoting a peaceful and secure environment for democratic engagement in the State.
